Milestone 15 | WORK PACKAGE 8 – Joint Innovation Structure Utilization Strategy

In the process of elaborating on Deliverable 8.1 “Current innovation structures and policies report and best practices example report” and proceeding with Deliverable 8.2 “Strategic and action plan document”, Milestone 15 forms the necessary step before the final document of strategic and action plan. Since Milestone 15 is an internal report, confidential and only for members of the consortium including the Commission services, this summary includes basic content that can be published.

Milestone 15 is comprised of the following:
  • Reference to the common elements of the TTOs of the alliance universities (D8.1).
  • Identification of challenges and barriers (academic, societal, legal, political, and financial) through the results of the survey which was conducted.
  • Identification of best practice features to be replicated by the alliance.
  • Incorporation of the Quintuple Innovation Helix Model into the common structure of the TTOs.
  • Identification of common vision, objectives, and targets among the alliance universities on the innovation production process.
  • Presentation of the Strategy Action Plan for a joint innovation utilization strategy
  • Selection and agreement of pilot actions
The main output of Milestone 15 is the basic structure of the strategy and action plan and agreement on the selection of pilot actions to serve as a basis for D8.2 “Strategy and action plan document”, and MS16 “Results of Pilot Actions – Evaluation Plan”.
