Terms and conditions for participation in better BINGO as part of Sustainability Month at TUL

The organiser of the better BINGO lottery is EURECA-PRO (The European University on Responsible Consumption and Production) at Technical University of Leoben (TUL).
All students and employees of TUL are eligible to participate in the competition from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026. The consent of a parent or guardian is required for minors to participate.
Key details
To participate in better BINGO, participants must submit a completed bingo card as explained in the instructions on the bingo card (provided by EURECA-PRO) in the raffle box provided. A total of 13 winners will be drawn from among all participants, who will be notified of their prize by email in a timely manner and will then receive their prize.
By participating in better BINGO, participants agree to transfer the rights of use and reproduction of your submission to EURECA-PRO at TUL. No rights (e.g. remuneration) shall be derived from consent to publication.
EURECA-PRO reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the competition who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the competition or otherwise violates these terms and conditions. EURECA-PRO may also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond EURECA-PRO’s control, or if this is the only way to ensure the proper conduct of the competition.
Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation from EURECA-PRO in the event of their disqualification due to a violation of applicable law and/or these terms and conditions, or in the event of modification, suspension or termination of the competition by EURECA-PRO.
The closing date for entries is 31 March 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Privacy policy
By participating, the participant agrees that EURECA-PRO may process the data provided by him/her in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR exclusively for the purpose of better BINGO.
The bingo cards submitted will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. The data will be deleted after the end of the promotion. The stored data will not be passed on to unauthorised third parties. The declaration of consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. However, participation in the competition will then no longer be possible.
