Enhancing Stakeholders Participation and Sustainable Career Development Across the EURECA-PRO Alliance explores collaborative approaches to strengthening stakeholder engagement and promoting sustainable career development within the EURECA-PRO Alliance.
This initiative aims to strengthen collaboration among the Career Services Centres of the EURECA-PRO Alliance by fostering networking, sharing best practices in career guidance, and promoting innovative approaches to student employability and sustainable career development. Participants will explore institutional experiences and successful models of career counselling while building a joint EURECA-PRO Career Services community.
The programme focuses on enhancing stakeholder engagement across the Alliance through interactive workshops dedicated to mapping institutional contributions, identifying strengths and cooperation opportunities, and developing action plans for stronger stakeholder network involvement. By encouraging dialogue and knowledge exchange, partner institutions will define both short-term and long-term objectives for collaborative activities within EURECA-PRO.
Future-oriented sessions will address strategic priorities for Career Services, alumni engagement through Career Profiles initiatives, and holistic approaches to stakeholder participation in academic, research, and career development services. The event will conclude with the presentation of joint initiatives and action plans designed to strengthen transnational cooperation, support sustainable career pathways, and contribute to the long-term impact of the EURECA-PRO Alliance.
