Prof. Nuria González has been elected the new Rector of Universidad de Léon

Professor of Business Organization, Nuria González has been affiliated with the University of León for nearly 25 years and has served as the Vice Rector of Academic Affairs for the past four years. On the 9th of May 2024, she was elected as the university’s new rector. 

On May 20, she succeeded García Marín as the head of the University of León, becoming the first woman to lead the rectorate for the next six years.
