Erasmus days à l’UFR MIM

Location: Mathematics, Computer Science, Mechanics and Automation Faculty Welcome Hall
Description: A day dedicated to introducing students to opportunities for studying and experiencing mobility across Europe. Students can meet the international mobility team, learn about the different options available to them and the practical steps involved, and discover mobility opportunities through an information session and an exhibition.
EURECA-PRO Webinar: Experience Europe Differently

Location: Online
Description: A 30-minute online webinar for Université de Lorraine students introducing EURECA-PRO and the different ways students can take part in the European University Alliance. The event emphasizes that international experience does not necessarily require a semester-long exchange abroad, presenting alternatives such as short-term mobility, BIPs, summer schools, online activities, workshops, international events, and interaction with students from partner universities. Students will also hear testimonials from UL students, discover upcoming opportunities, and receive practical information on how to participate.

Launch Going Abroad infomarket
Tuesday, October 13, from 11:30 – 14:00
Location: Agora, Campus Diepenbeek
Description: During the ‘Going Abroad Launch’, we will kick off the promotion of the opportunities available to UHasselt students to go abroad as part of their studies. The International Office and external funding organisations will host information sessions. In addition, there will be an information fair where all faculties present their exchange destinations and mobility options. Registration for the information sessions is required via the registration page. The information fair is open and does not require registration.

Erasmus+ Connect & Explore – ErasmusDays UPET 2026
October 13–16, 2026
Location: University of Petroșani Campus, Petroșani, Romania
Description: The event is dedicated to UPET students and aims to promote Erasmus+ opportunities in an interactive and engaging way, combining information, student experiences and recreational activities. The activities will be organised mainly on the university campus, creating an informal and dynamic environment where students can discover mobility opportunities and connect with former Erasmus+ participants. The programme will include presentations on Erasmus+ study and traineeship opportunities, quizzes, outdoor games, team challenges and competitions with prizes. Former Erasmus+ participants will share their experiences through short testimonials, photos and videos.
A special “UPET Around the World” photo exhibition will showcase students’ mobility experiences, while the “My Erasmus Story” photo and video contest will encourage participants to share memorable moments from their Erasmus+ journeys. Students will also be invited to take part in an Erasmus+ Connect & Explore Passport, collecting points or stamps by joining different activities throughout the event. Some activities will also be broadcast online and promoted through the University’s and Erasmus+ UPET social media pages, allowing a wider audience to follow and engage with the event.

Description: An informative event aimed at first year students about Erasmus+ opportunities. Students can either bake a cake for cake tasting or participate in the cake tasting.

Adventure Abroad with Erasmus+
Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday October 14, from 11:00 – 14:00
Location: Mensa/Bibliothek (Haus 14) | Weststraße 11, 09648, Mittweida
Description: The event provides information and personal insights into studying abroad through the Erasmus+ programme. Students can meet fellow students with international study experience, get practical tips and learn more about European educational programmes such as EURECA-PRO and the Certificate of Intercultural Competence. Participants can also join a GeoGuessr-style challenge to identify the locations of HSMW partner universities and win a free coffee or ice cream. The activities are open to HSMW students and can be joined individually or together with fellow students.

Free Coffee at Erasmus Day 2026 & Study Abroad Fair

Location: Study Center
Description: On October 14, Erasmus Days are celebrated at Montanuniversität Leoben. Students and staff can stop by and learn all about the opportunities to study or work abroad offered by EURECA-PRO and the International Relations Office. Participants receive free coffee from EURECA-PRO and MIRO in front of the Study Center, and can walk through the Study Abroad Fair on the ground floor of study center, where numerous organizations will be introducing themselves to support upcoming stays abroad.

Join the Erasmus Days: EURECA-PRO Interuniversity Esports Cup!
October 12–16, 2026
Are you ready to represent your university on the virtual pitch? We invite all students to step up and participate in our upcoming interuniversity esports tournament!
Key Information:
● Dates: October 12–16, 2026
● Team Structure: Teams must consist of 2 main players + 1 substitute player.
● Tournament Format: Group Stage (Single Round-Robin — each university team plays against every
other team once) followed by Semi-Finals and Finals for the top-ranking teams.
● Team Selection: Teams may freely choose their preferred national team within a designated rating
range (4.5★ to 5★ rating) to ensure fair and competitive matches.
● University Selection: Students register through their home university. If the number of applicants
exceeds available slots, each university will select its representative team at its own discretion.
Required Registration Details:
To sign up, each team member must provide:
● Full name
● Official university email address
● PSN Account ID (and the email address associated with your PSN account)
● Top 3 preferred in-game national teams (ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice)
