Project Proposal Writing Workshop

In this exclusive five-day workshop, held at the Technical University of Leoben, participants will learn essential skills for project proposal writing.

In addition to learning everything about submitting and applying for projects, the workshop will also cover various project management methods, such as establishing new structures within a project, defining work packages, cost and resource planning, and managing project portfolios.

Participants will also strengthen their social and soft skills through team-building exercises, presentation and facilitation training, and reflection exercises.

Using the “Training on the Project” approach, project management methods are applied to real research projects introduced by the participants, and examples of project manuals are developed collaboratively in groups.
