Governance

Our short-term vision covers the years 2020 to 2023 and is endowed with concrete actions. The long-term vision is defined by four milestones in time and goes until and beyond 2040. Each phase has its own decisive governance structure. This 4-stage Governance System meets the changing needs of EURECA-PRO as it evolves and ensures long-term sustainability of the alliance. It includes relevant boards and interaction rules and is a quantum leap for institutional collaboration. Collaboration mechanisms in the virtual space are also foreseen in the governance structure and a practical shared data room is established encompassing all collaboration areas.
